P2ware Planner Server

P2ware Planner Server is software designed to manage projects and programmes. In connection with P2ware Planner Professional and intranet it is a core of the project and program management system, which can be adapted to specific needs of the organization. Such system can cooperate with mail programs like: Microsoft Outlook®, TeamWise®, Lotus Notes®, it can also be integrated with Microsoft SharePoint®, as well as with ERP systems.
P2ware Planner Server enables you to:

  • Publish plans prepared with P2ware Planner Professional or Developer on a server and share your plans with other authorized users
  • Control a plan execution by passing work packages and required checkpoints to those responsible for their execution
  • Pass tasks in the iCalendar standard and automatically add them to recipients “to-do” list.
  • Review and update plans via the Internet /Intranet
  • Connect different plans by selected products and/or activities, e.g. plans of another project your project depends on
  • Synchronize local versions of plans with their releases published on the server
  • Replicate and synchronize plans published on different servers
  • Centrally manage resources of whole enterprise and share resources involved in implementation of various plans
  • Integrate data and records of plans within a programme
  • Introduce a uniform reporting system via the Internet /Intranet, and save many hours spent on preparing reports
